职位介绍: Job description What do AI trainers do? Imagine you are working as a customer service trainer in a call center, your job is to schedule and conduct training sessions for new customer advisors, enrich their business knowledge, coach them to understand customers’ requests, and evaluate their task performance. While for AI trainers, instead of training humans, we specialize in training virtual agents that are called chat-bots. We are a global AI service operation team providing 11 languages, so you will have the opportunity to accumulate valuable experience in the fast-growing artificial intelligence field, and its applications in dynamic business settings. What will your day look like: Complete AI relevant training courses provided by AI team Design customer-robot interaction by reviewing our knowledge base, including Q&A maintenance to guarantee business coverage of the knowledgebase. Standard answer script writing and optimization natively in specific language and keep answers in line with updated business procedure. Optimize the content of the answers, business logic configurations and answer display according to customer’s needs and real time booking status. Improve the customer intention recognition accuracy of the chat-bot by performing corpus annotation in a high-quality manner, which will be used for AI model training. Identify the issues in the customer-robot interactions, prudently analyze the relevant data and generate regular chat-bot performance reports, and continuously improve the algorithm model accuracy, customer satisfaction, and service performance of the chat-bot. Analyze the agent sessions by looking into the conversation between customer-robot and customer – advisor, along with customer behavior during the service recorded in system, then find out the reason of transfer to agent, and come up with suggestions for chat-bot optimization. Collaborate with relevant function teams to deliver an integrated workflow of demand negotiations, standard creations and project implementations. Qualifications At least Bachelor’s degree Attention to detail and possess excellent proofreading skills Adaptability to rapidly and efficiently support shifting work priorities Proficient communication skills, active learning capability and sense of team spirit Good at internal and external coordination, and excellent executive ability Have a good command of Microsoft Office Understanding of local culture and customer behavior. Language proficiency: Thai（Basic English） Fluent in your specified language as well as on a professional level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
