职位介绍: 工作职责: We are looking for a passionate and professional individual to lead the AI Solution Team, supporting the AI manager to improve AI service capability and customer experience, including: Partner with Auto-service Manager to setup relevant business objective Continuously improve Auto-service capability and language coverage by: Business assumption/ target -＞ data analytics -＞ top impactor -＞ solution design -＞ product requirement and configuration work defining. Make up detailed implementation plan, mobilize internal and external resources to implement the solution as projects, and obtain the result Frequently review on the result performance and precipitate methodology which will be reused to cover more languages and product lines Establish Auto-service operation mechanism both for routine and BCP Act as the Point of Contact for reporting and communications with relevant stakeholders Advocate the Trip culture and standards 任职资格: Proficiency in both verbal and written English 2+ years in AI chat-bot related operation or product experience Data analytics driven operation strategy and solution, operation mechanism design capabilities Project management skills with well planning Communication and reporting skills Rapid learning capability of business and product Extremely effective in working independently as well as inspiring a team to continuously move forward Business objective driven and oriented Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
