**Responsibilities:** 1. Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the entire compensation and benefits system to ensure alignment with company strategic goals and legal requirements. 2. Lead the development and execution of compensation and benefits policies, crafting competitive and market-aligned compensation plans to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. 3. Oversee the budgeting and management of compensation and benefits programs, optimizing resource allocation to ensure cost control and maximize effectiveness. 4. Manage compensation and benefits initiatives, including but not limited to salary structure design, bonus plans, welfare systems, employee relations, and benefits programs. 5. Supervise and oversee the compensation management process, including salary adjustments, promotion assessments, performance evaluations, and target assessments, ensuring fairness, equity, and transparency. 6. Lead performance evaluations and target assessment processes, collaborating with departments to ensure the scientific validity and effectiveness of evaluation metrics. 7. Responsible for interpreting and communicating compensation-related policies, handling employee inquiries and complaints regarding compensation and benefits, and maintaining positive employee relations. **Requirements:** 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 3 years of team management experience, preferably in the B2C industry. 3. Proficient in compensation and benefits-related laws and regulations, familiar with human resources management processes and policies. 4. Excellent English communication skills, able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. 5. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, able to develop compensation and benefits strategies and plans through data analysis. 6. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively coordinate departmental resources to drive the smooth implementation of compensation and benefits work. 7. Flexible mindset, proactive work attitude, strong execution ability, and resilience, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
