- Job Description The person will act as the CIO for our P&G plant, managing with accountability to the plant manager reporting to GC Site Digital Technology Leader. The person will partner with the Site Digital Champion to develop and deliver the site Digital Master Plan, drive Innovation via IT capabilities by connecting what is needed with what is possible at their site. The key responsibilities include but not limited to below: • Define and deliver site digital master plan in-line with site compelling business need. • Lead multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with service lines to deliver the site operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results. • Responsible for driving all aspects of digital operations within the site including governance and operational excellence. • Active member of the site leadership team and leads regular digital portfolio reviews with key partners. • Drive digital innovation. Lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the BU. Anticipates and communicates future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines. • Responsible for managing IT budget at site. Qualifications: • IT professionals who have IT related experiences in manufacturing domains, with deep business process understanding, IT Service Operation and Infrastructure management, strong communication skills, leadership, and following competencies: • Degree: bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, or relevant professional experience in respective technical area. • IT Operations: Manage applications (MES, Data etc.) and infrastructure components in a production environment. • Project/Portfolio Management: Ability to successfully deliver medium to large projects. • Integrated Risk Management: IT Governance, Compliance and Risk Management. • Leadership: Ability to work independently and effectively in a highly matrix organization. • Fluent in English.
