职位介绍: What you’ll do • Responsible for the definition, design, development, release and execution of new product introduction within agreed budget and time constraint, at required standards and following Product Creation Process procedures. • Work with IPL & business team to gather requirements, translate RFD requirements into technical specifications. Strong awareness of local and international standardization and regulation; lighting principles and product application. • Develop new solutions, new architectures and/or enhances existing products. Uses analytical and systematic approach for optimal solution. Perform reality checks and appropriate testing. Ensure standardization within product platform and compliances to standards. • Maintain and create product (cost, performance) roadmaps • In close collaboration with program manager, competence leaders, LDP or other experts; define and execute feasibility projects for key technologies to enable • luminaire product roadmap What you’ll need • Rich experience on the project management with stakeholders and cross function team. • Be creative, fast learning, willing to take challenges and could quickly adapt to the business growth. • Good interpersonal skills: active, open, motivational style • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
