- Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for supporting the group internal & external IT Security audit and ensure the actions are implemented 2. Responsible for implementing the IT security projects and operations. 3. Ensure to follow group IT security guidelines and, standards and processes and make sure the policies are localized to executable levels well as monitoring of the implementation. 4. Planning, implementing and monitoring the security architecture to be compliant with China CSL, DSL and PIPL and report to global team. 5. Responsible for supporting the IT in protecting computer assets by enforcing system controls and maintaining technical/operational preparedness 6. Ensure that the company's digital assets are protected from unauthorized access by analyzing, troubleshooting, reporting, documenting, validating IT Security frameworks or other threats 7. Translate security requirements into standard configurations/processes and implement change 8. Carrying out sensitive measures for employees on the subject of IT security 9. Monitor security vulnerabilities in operational systems and conduct regular assessments for production environment. Requirements: 1. Personality: - Strong customer focus and service attitude - Clear thinking, effective communicator - Able to work with groups of diverse stakeholders to build consensus - Self-motivated, positive, flexible, pro-active approach to delivery - Reliability and willingness to assume responsibility for achieving team goals 2. Education: Minimum bachelor Degree in computer science or industrial engineering. 3. Work experience: Minimum 5 years in IT security management experience. Auto industry experience is preferred. CISM, CISSP, CISA, CompTIA+ or similar is a plus. 4. Skills: - in depth understanding of IT Security technologies and techniques that cover IT infrastructure, application development and operations. - Familiar with IT compliance, China cyber Security law, Personal information protection, information Security framework, operation system, database and network skills. - Experience with a broad range of relevant systems platforms Security like Firewalls, Windows, Linux, database, SAP, Web application, firewall, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, CA, IAM, etc - Extensive Experience in implementing IT governance, policies and standards. - Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work effectively in a team environment. 5. Others: - Very good knowledge of English (negotiation and contractual skills); - Confident appearance and ability to work independently; - Willingness to travel;
