职位介绍: MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. 牵头P/P领域进行新产品/产品更改项目和工厂项目的评估 (生产可行性，各领域的投资、费用、建设周期和工时等)，确保项目按期推进。 Lead the evaluation of new product/ product change projects and factory projects in the P/P field (production feasibility, investment, cost, construction cycle, and working hours in each field) to ensure project progress on schedule. 2. 根据NPP的整体要求，负责NPP中的生产能力管理，支撑NPP通过MIIT的验收。 According to the overall requirements of NPP, responsible for managing production capacity in NPP and supporting NPP to pass MIIT acceptance. 3. 根据公司的PR轮次规划的要求，负责P/P领域的PR轮次规划，保证P/P领域顺利完成。 Responsible for PR in the P/P field according to the company's PR requirements, ensuring the smooth completion of the P/P field. 4. 根据公司的人员编制规划要求，负责P/P领域的人员编制规划，保证P/P领域顺利完成。 According to the company's Headcounter requirements, responsible for Headcounter in the P/P field to ensure the smooth completion of the P/P field. 5. 根据公司预算/ 投资/ 费用/ 成本管理的要求，负责P/P领域的预算/ 投资/ 费用/ 成本管理，保证P/P领域顺利完成，支撑公司目标的实现。 Responsible for budget/investment/expense/cost management in the P/P field according to the company's management requirements, ensuring the smooth completion of the P/P field and supporting the achievement of company goals. 6. 根据BoM安排，负责其他重点项目的执行/跟踪/反馈等，保证重点项目在P/P顺利推进。 PP。 According to the arrangement of BoM, responsible for the execution/ tracking/ feedback of other key projects, ensuring the smooth progress of key projects in P/P. 任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements: 1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生 Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above. 2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。 2 years or more relevant working experience. 3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。 Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
