Role Purpose: • As HRBP, to support the Head of HR to collaborate closely with business and provide pro-active partner service to the designated Functions to address business needs via appropriate human resources approaches and practices. Delivering value added, strategically aligned support to the team in the development and delivery of people strategies to support the business goals of the designated functions. • As L&D functional leader, champion the efforts of meeting employees’ Learning & development needs and building up a positive learning organization: analyse employees’ L&D needs, develop and monitor training policies, design and conduct training/talent programs. Scope: • Taicang Site • Crystal Site • Shanghai branch Accountabilities: • Provide a wide-ranging HR Business Partnering service to management of designated functions, including performance management, Learning & Development, employee relations, talent acquisition and compensation, to support managers with the necessary tools and capability to professionally manage themselves and their people. • Provide day-to-day support to address the people challenges for the business area. • Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners. • Use key people analytics to identify potential issues, make recommendations and support/challenge decision-making to senior stakeholders that really increases employee engagement. • Create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their business objectives. • Advise on HR compliance and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with the HR team to plan, champion and implement HR initiatives, projects and changes aligned to HR's strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives. • Develop Company training system, policies, and record/filing systems to ensure high quality training practices which can fulfil QMS and audit requirements. • Perform needs analysis to assure that training fulfils different training needs, objectives and relevant compliance issues. • Define operating objectives and training plans to meet employees’ learning needs based on company’s short and long-term goals. • Create a positive learning environment by launching diversity of learning channels and chances to meet employees’ self-improvement needs, encouraging knowledge/skills practice and sharing. • Design and conduct proper training programs to improve management and employees’ effectiveness. • Deliver internal trainings as needed, such as the new employee induction training, etc. • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and effect improvements by implementing proven training methods and techniques. • Act as one the Site WCM/RPS project representatives and contact point from HR, liaise and coordinate with various project stakeholders throughout the project for the planning and management of training and other activities. • Support TC project with the Technical Transfer Training, develop the training schedule and execute accordingly, ensure the team is equipped with right knowledge and skills for operations. • Responsible to manage and execute Talent Management on TC site, focusing on Performance and Development Review Process (PDR), Career Development, Succession Management and Organization assessment/ people planning. Serve as a primary contact/partner in Succession Planning development for Supervisor and above level employees. • Design, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate learning and development (L&D) programs based on needs within budget that support and aligned to TC Site’s business plan and goals. • Effectively organize various Talent Assessment, Calibration and Development activities to build a healthy talent pipeline support future growth in TC. • Work closely with regional L&D team and local training team to establish a Learning Resource for accessibility of all available L&D programs for various topics ranging from general management, leadership and functional areas (from both global internal and external resources) and formulate training plan/curriculum to meet the talent development gap in all levels. • Coordinate, organize and support EHS, Quality and any other internal training activities. • Develop and well maintain internal training program in terms of process, procedure. Build a mature internal trainer team. • Effectively fulfil other tasks and projects assigned by line manager. Skills & Experience required: • At least Bachelor’s degree. • At least 5 years working experience of HR as HRBP or L&D Manager in a reputable multi-national company is preferred. • Practical experience in designing and conducting training programs to effectively address training needs. • Fluent English in both written and spoken. Professional qualifications required: • Skills to recognize and analyze training needs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skill. Personal Attributes: • Responsible, energetic, willing to take challenge, able to work with uncertainty and under high pressure. • Intellectually curious and strong initiative to learn.
