职位介绍: Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and decision-making to improve operational efficiency through data analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights for process improvement • Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives and solve complex problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and operational efficiency. • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis. Qualifications: • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, visualization, and machine learning. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and modeling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong understanding of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. • Experience with data visualization tools and libraries such as Power BI , Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with big data technologies and platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar. • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text mining techniques.
