职位介绍: 功能测试其中软件测试占比70% 硬件测试30% 不要自动化测试。有黑盒测试优先。英语读写能力非常好面试会有英译中翻译不借助翻译软件 • Job TITLE: Software Testing Engineer • Function: Engineering/Technology • • Description: • The individual will be primarily responsible carrying out test engineering activities for products. Responsibility includes carrying out all the activities in the test life cycle such as developing, maintaining and executing test cases etc. • Key responsibilities include: • - Lead product software verification activity, include prepare test plan & summary, design/review/execute test cases, defects management etc. • - Prepare test setup required for test execution • - Participate in technical reviews and contributing to tech discussions • - Contribute in decision making for make/stop a release • - Analyze requirements and report out testable/not testable • - Other tasks from manager. • Quality Specific Goals: • 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position • 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines • 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required • 4. Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables • 5. Participate in continuous improvement activities by supporting the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives. • • Qualifications/Requirements: • 1. Graduation in science/Engineering and at least 3 years of software testing experience. • 2. Should have good knowledge of software testing methodology/processes and software development life cycle. • 3. Strong in Manual testing methodologies • 4. Work well with teams and across Global environment • 5. Adherence to process • 6. English skills: Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking is MUST. • 7. Lead software testing team or project experience and ability is plus. • 8. Scrum practice working experience is plus.
