职位介绍: Senior Data Scientist – ML and AI Key Responsibilities ·Develop ML and AI algorithms to optimize ads spending, for example,keywords bidding ·Develop algorithms to forecast and adaptively adjust ads spend for each ASIN and keywords ·Develop optimization algorithms to help the clients optimize their spend on different ads platforms ·Forecast of sales and revenue ·Build algorithmic multi-touch attribution ·Leverage advanced AI techniques (NLP,CV)to help our clients improve ads return ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally,including China,Moldova,New York,Chicago,LA,and Seattle,to align AI strategies with business objectives. Qualifications ·Extensive experience ML and AI ·Excellent hands-on and engineering ability to productionize model ·Familiarity with mainstream ML and AI algorithms.Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning,optimization,Hidden Markov Chain,RNN,LSTM are highly desired.Experience with transformer type of algorithms is a big plus ·Good understanding of ads and marketing space and concepts like ROAS,CPA,CAC,LTV 主要职责 ·开发ML和AI算法来优化广告支出，例如关键词竞价 ·开发算法来预测和自适应调整每个ASIN和关键词的广告支出 ·开发优化算法，帮助客户优化在不同广告平台上的支出 ·销售及收入预测 ·构建算法多点触控归因 ·利用先进的人工智能技术(NLP,CV)帮助我们的客户提高广告回报 ·与全球跨职能团队合作，包括中国、摩尔多瓦、纽约、芝加哥、洛杉矶和西雅图，使人工智能战略与业务目标保持一致。资格 ·丰富的ML和AI经验 ·优秀的动手能力和工程能力，能够将模型产品化 ·熟悉主流ML和AI算法。具有强化学习，优化，隐马尔可夫链，RNN,LSTM的实践经验。有transformer类算法经验者优先考虑 ·对广告和营销空间以及ROAS、CPA、CAC、LTV等概念有良好的理解
