职位介绍: Main Responsibilities 主要职责 1.China nuclear service team management, people hiring and coaching, encourage high standards of technical competence & staff moral, team KPI setup and monitoring 2.Yearly budgets preparation with managment, P&L managing and costs and expenses control 3.China nuclear service capability and capacity development, including both and LBP teams 4.Manpower requirements forcast and personnel development plan based on the makret need to meet manpower requirements. 5.Internal working process/procedures/instruction development and optimizing and ensure all work is carried out correlty and safely 6.Coordination with oversea plants for training to local team and provide onsite service support during plant commissioning 7.Coordination with different parties for work scheduling and resources prioritizing to ensure quick turnaround time and good response to customer. 8.Regular report to China Nuclear Sales Management and Global Nuclear Service BU Director. 9.Work with Sales team and LBP teams for service opportunities pursuit in China, MRO case support. Support Sales team on service quotation by estimating workload 10.Cross-function coordination for service orders management and following up, execution and Sales confirm/claim with LBP/customer 11.Work with different fucntions in plant to coordinate the inhouse service 12.Other work assigned by manager Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求 1.Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical engineering or equivalent 2.3+ years team management experience or equivalent roles. 3.8+ years on-site service or relevant working experience. 4.Working experience in process control industry. Nuclear background exeperience and valve related experience is plus Competency 能力 1.Action oriented and self-motivated 2.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Mandarin) 3.Strong team management skills and customer orientation, teamwork spirit; 4.Good communication and leadership on cross function work to achieve the result 5.Work under pressure, able to deliver quality results under challenging conditions 英语流利，接受出差。
