Sales Management Job Description: Execute sales plans for products in all over China for rubber industry (Tire, Automotive, Shoe sole, etc.) including recommended accounts, product sales volumes, pricing, visit planning, account potential analysis, and sales budgeting. Provide, through written reports, an ongoing position at each account or potential account in the sales territory and actions planned. Conduct and coordinate suitable market analysis to support the objectives of the company. Ensure effective communication and prepare reports on new business projects / opportunities of assigned market segment on regular and ad-hoc basis among sales people, Head of Sales, Regional Sales through but not limited to Salesforce. Identify and develop new market through new applications in line with corporate Marketing strategy. Education:University (Degree) in Polymer or Chemical related. Experience: 3-5 years’ experience with key account management, market development and rubber knowledge in related industry is essential China rubber masterbatch market knowledge is key. Well connected to market, high level connection experience is important Focus market segment – Tyre, auto part industry and Shoe Sole.  Tyre is the priority Technical knowledge will be added advantage but not essential.
